Blackberry Creek Cabin

The Details.

  • The upstairs master bedroom has a king sized bed, a sitting area with sofa, smart TV, and an old fashioned arcade with over 100 games! I love challenging my kids to a game of frogger or pacman. This master suite has a large bathroom that features a walk-in shower with two shower heads, two sinks, and plenty of counter space. We provide make up remover cloths, blow dryer, flat iron, curling iron, noise machine, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I try to make our cabin seem like a home away from home.

  • The kid's bunkroom is accessed from within the upstairs master bedroom. It has it's own door, toys, lamp, noise machine, and books. My kids love being close to us while at the same time having their private little bedroom. Us adults love to stay up late playing loud competitive card games; so the kid's bunk room being located upstairs in their own room is great!

  • The downstairs master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, a smart tv, and a private bathroom that has a Jacuzzi style tub along with a separate walk-in shower, and two sinks. We provide make up remover cloths, blow dryer, flat iron, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in this one as well.

  • Enjoy family movie night, or Netflix and chill (go get em tiger!) in the living room with the 65 in. 4K UHD smart TV. You can access to all your favorite apps, and live TV via our YouTubeTv subscription. Blackberry Creek Cabin's living room has a couch that can convert to a queen sleeper. The third full bath is located right off the living room. The living room also has a desk in the corner of the room in case you need to send a work email (like my husband always does). We love the beautiful see through gas fireplace that you can enjoy from the living room, kitchen, or dining area.

    (Please note that the indoor fireplace is turned off May 1st-Oct 1st)

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for preparing meals. We love staying in and cooking for our friends and family when we stay. Coffee, creamer, tea, salt and pepper, cooking oil, and paper towels are provided. You can dine at the bar or sit as a group at the eight-person table.

  • I am obsessed with the cabin's large deck with it's wood burning fireplace that is secluded in tall beautiful pines. The deck has patio seating, a grill, and dining table. The large hot tub is perfect for relaxing, or skinny dipping, after a fun filled day of hiking in the state park. The deck overlooks an awesome creek that we love to explore and play in! Luckily the cabin has a full sized washer and dryer, located just off the kitchen, that comes in handy after all the creek exploring! Behind the cabin there is children's playset, as well as a fire pit for s'mores roasting under the stars. There is plenty of room for a boat or ATV trailer in the parking area if needed.

Please note: We have a very strict NO pets policy due to extreme allergies, and a strict 8 PERSON MAX occupancy policy. These will be monitored closely. If broken, the stay will be cancelled and you will be sent home. We have two outdoor cameras that face the driveway and steps, they are for the safety and security of the cabin.

  • This was by far one of my best stays booked through Air B&B. The cabin was very clean, accurately described, very cozy and well equipped. Plenty of clean towels, linens, silverware and other essentials. The view from the back porch is great and the outside fireplace makes it even nicer. We spend most of our time there. Not to mention the hot tub which was very clean and enjoyable.

  • We could not have asked for a better experience. The cabin was incredible. The location is close to town but far enough away to feel like you are in the woods. Meggan was the best host! She communicated with us every step of the way and had thought of all the little things that would make our trip special. We can’t wait to stay at one of her cabins in the future!
